The UNAPPRECIATED WORKFORCE

Hey folks! How's your life going? I know it is crime to ask this amid lockdown😛 but i hope you all are doing good.
Well, everyone is fighting with this pandemic in their own way. But some are in the battleground facing the enemy directly to protect us. We owe them a lot and we'll never be able to repay them.
But there are other sections in the society as well who are also doing significant work yet they are less acknowledged.
Who are they?
who are also working from the first day,
Any guesses!!
I'll tell you anyway,
They are bankers, quarantine centers workers, essential commodities providers and some who have not been recognized till today!
Let's talk about Bankers, who are responsible for the circulation of currency in market.
Deal with a huge number of customers everyday!
They handle cash and provide it to needy,
Having risk of getting infected, still doing this selflessly,
That too endlessly!

Now, come to the quarantine centers workers, i don't have much knowledge about hotels and other settlements. But if we discuss the School wellness centers, i know every inch of it.
My father is a Principal in State government school education and he is currently working as a P.E.E.O and managing a school wellness center at Panchayat level.
To run a wellness centre, you have to provide every basic facility to a person who is quarantined there. It shouldn't be a big deal but it becomes when government asks to do arrangements on their own without any fund. When people don't have enough supplies for themselves, how can they make available for others?
However, it can be solved at the end of the day!!
Much bigger trouble is on the way!
Teachers are assigned to duties of night and day,
And that's where problem comes in the frame!
P.E.E.O has right to assisgn the teachers for their shifts. There is 6-days rotation of duties and whenever time comes to change the charge, inevitable shambles is created. None wants to give duty, they all want getting cancel it by hook or crook. If nobody is going to do it then who will?
And i am observing it from the first day!
My father stays on the call for whole day!
This process is so cumbersome,
He gets frustrated!
But it's his duty by the way,
And he is trying to do it with all his heart,
Without any holiday!
Bearing so much pain,
Only for society's gains!

They are indeed unsung heroes who deserve recognition and respect.
As lockdown 4.0 has been announced with some relaxations, it is your obligation to act like responsible citizen without creating a mess
Because man is mortal,
And this mess is fatal!!
